Nudge
Nudge is a San Francisco neurotechnology company building non-invasive, whole-brain interfaces powered by focused ultrasound. Founded in 2024 by Coinbase co-founder Fred Ehrsam alongside Jeremy Barenholtz and Quintin Frerichs, the company aims to stimulate and image deep brain circuits with millimeter precision - no surgery required. Its first human-ready system, Nudge Zero, is being used in research studies today, with a long-term goal of a headphone-like consumer device that lets people shift their brain state - sleep, focus, mood, habits - at the press of a button. Nudge raised a $100M Series A in July 2025 led by Thrive Capital and Greenoaks.
Melanie Okuneye-Williams
Melanie Okuneye-Williams is Chief of Staff to the CEO at Nerdio, the Chicago-based Azure automation company that raised a $500M Series C from General Atlantic in 2025 after crossing $100M in ARR. Before Nerdio she founded Akoma Health, a teletherapy platform serving Africans on the continent and in the diaspora, grew it to profitability and exited. Earlier she spent nearly five years at Goldman Sachs in private wealth and markets coverage in London and New York, was a general partner at Baron Davis Ventures and worked with WME's corporate arm. Shrenik Jain
Shrenik Jain is the founder and CEO of Marigold Health, a Boston-based company that pairs certified peer specialists with 24/7 text-based support groups, supported by natural language processing that surfaces needs inside conversations. A Johns Hopkins graduate and former EMT, he raised an $11M Series A in June 2024 led by Rock Health and Innospark Ventures, and was named to the Forbes 30 Under 30 in Healthcare.
Maria Szandrach
Maria Szandrach is the co-founder and CEO of Mentalyc, a San Francisco clinical-intelligence platform that turns recorded therapy sessions into insurance-ready notes, treatment plans, and progress insights for psychotherapists. A McKinsey strategy alum with an MSc from London Business School, she has co-founded three startups across the mental health and insurance worlds. She built Mentalyc with engineer Georgi Urumov during the COVID pandemic after the two met through Entrepreneur First, later going through Berkeley SkyDeck. Maria has become a recognizable voice on what AI should and should not do inside the therapy room, arguing for slow, careful building in a field where over-promising is dangerous.
Dave Icke
Dave Icke is the CEO of Medisafe, the medication engagement platform that helps more than ten million patients stay on their treatments. A chemical engineer turned digital-health operator, he has spent two decades turning hardware and software into tools that keep people healthier: founding CEO of wearable biosensor company mc10, launcher of Becton Dickinson's digital health business, VP of Digital Health Product at Humana, and executive chair of mental-health AI company ieso. In 2025 he took the reins at Medisafe from founder Omri Shor to scale medication engagement across the global pharmaceutical ecosystem.
