Annie Aesthetic is a medical-aesthetics holding company that partners with and acquires leading medical spas across the United States. Incubated by Tucker's Farm Corporation in May 2022 with roughly $30 million of equity capital, it provides its partner clinics with growth capital, operations, marketing, recruiting, technology and legal/regulatory support while keeping founders and operating teams in place. By late 2025 the platform had grown to about $65 million of revenue across 12 medical-aesthetics brands, backed by InterAlpen Partners, Brookside Equity Partners and Plexus Capital.
