It pairs clients with licensed therapists trained in LGBTQ+-affirming care and evidence-based modalities (CBT, CPT, EMDR, DBT, IFS), and blends one-on-one video sessions with peer groups and community spaces. Live in Maryland and in-network with Medicaid and major insurers, Allswell raised $1.3M in pre-seed funding led by Amboy Street Ventures to close longstanding gaps in mental health care for queer people.

Adrienne Prentice is the co-founder and CEO of Keep Company, a Bethesda, Maryland group-learning platform that gathers employees into coach-led peer groups to fight isolation, prevent burnout, and keep parents and caregivers from quitting. A former technology attorney at Cooley and Pillsbury who built and led a 35-person global legal team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, she traded the partner track to build the support system she wished she'd had as a working parent. Keep Company has raised roughly $2 million in venture funding and was named by Techstars and Melinda French Gates' Pivotal Ventures among the top ten companies innovating in the care economy.
Compost Crew
Compost Crew is a Rockville, Maryland-based organics recycling company that collects food scraps from homes, businesses, schools and local governments across the Greater Washington (DMV) area and turns them into nutrient-rich compost. Founded in 2011 and acquired by CEO Ben Parry in 2018, the company has grown from three trucks into a regional operation that has diverted tens of thousands of tons of food waste from landfills. Operating a network of distributed 'Compost Outposts' in partnership with local farms, Compost Crew aims to make food waste recycling a mainstream, everyday habit while rebuilding regional soil health.

Jennie Strobeck is AVP of State & Local Sales, Digital Media at Adobe, where she leads government sales strategy across city, county, and state agencies. With a career spanning enterprise tech sales at DLT Solutions, immixGroup, and Avaya Government Solutions, she has spent over two decades at the intersection of technology and public sector transformation. At Adobe, she previously served as Chief of Staff and Channel Sales Manager before stepping into the AVP role in 2022. She is particularly focused on digital accessibility, helping governments meet DOJ WCAG compliance requirements and modernize document workflows at scale.

REI AMI (born Sarah Yeeun Lee) is a Korean-American singer, rapper, and genre-bending artist from Germantown, Maryland, who blends hip-hop, R&B, alternative pop, and pop-punk aggression into a sound entirely her own. After breaking through with Sub Urban's viral 'Freak' (2020) and debuting with her mixtape FOIL (2021), she catapulted to global stardom in 2025 as Zoey in Netflix's animated film KPop Demon Hunters, voicing and performing as part of the fictional K-pop trio HUNTR/X. Their single 'Golden' became Netflix's most-watched film's signature track, hit #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and won both a Grammy and an Oscar — firsts for any K-pop song.
