Founded in New York City in 2015, it pairs a property-centric data model with fast search, branded reports, market analytics, client collaboration tools, and well-built iOS and Android apps. MLSs, brokerages, and agents use Perchwell as a single source of listing data and a daily workspace. The company is backed by Founders Fund, Lux Capital, Starwood Capital, and several of the largest MLSs in the country.
