Sylvana Ward Durrett spent eight years producing the Met Gala as Vogue's director of special projects before walking away to build Maisonette, a curated online marketplace for children's clothing, toys and home decor she co-founded in 2017 with fellow Vogue alum Luisana Mendoza de Roccia.
