Eirini Schlosser
Eirini Schlosser is the founder and CEO of Dyania Health, a clinical research AI company building Synapsis AI, a natural language understanding platform that reads unstructured electronic medical records to pre-screen patients for clinical trials and automate chart abstraction. The only non-physician in a family of doctors, she spent childhood summers digitizing her father's patient records, then worked on more than $60 billion of deals at Morgan Stanley before leaving finance to build technology. She founded the NLP startup Chuz, then launched Dyania Health in 2019, raising $17.55M and earning a spot on Inc.'s 2025 Female Founders 500.
Athena Doshi
Athena Doshi is the founder and CEO of Exactrx, a Nashville-based healthtech company building AI-native infrastructure that helps ambulatory surgery centers stop costly day-of cancellations and recover lost revenue. A two-time digital health founder who once turned down a medical school acceptance, she pairs a physiology and neuroscience background from UC San Diego with hands-on product work at Omada Health and Heartbeat Health. Her platform pairs autonomous, embedded checklists with a payer-rules engine running more than 80,000 rules, and she was named to Inc.'s 2025 Female Founders 500 list.
Monica Molenaar
Monica Molenaar is the co-founder and co-CEO of Alloy Health, a direct-to-consumer digital health company she launched in 2020 with former Marie Claire editor-in-chief Anne Fulenwider to bring credible, science-backed menopause care to women. A Stanford MBA and serial entrepreneur, Molenaar first built Seed + Mill, the artisanal tahini and halva business in New York's Chelsea Market, before turning to women's health. Alloy has raised $21.3 million in total funding, including a $16 million Series A in November 2024, and serves more than 70,000 customers. Molenaar and Fulenwider were named to Inc. Magazine's 2026 Female Founders 500.
