Ami Lebendiker
Ami Lebendiker is the founder and CEO of Roga, a neurotech company that makes a discreet behind-the-ear wearable for stress relief paired with an on-demand content app. A former product manager at Google, he spent a decade shipping hardware including Pixel phones and Google Home before turning his cost-engineering instincts toward consumer neurotech. Earlier he founded Mango Startups, billed as the first ICO backed by a venture fund in Latin America, and helped coordinate the region's startup accelerator network. Costa Rica-born and multiply credentialed, he is part operator, part investor, and part builder who keeps returning to the same idea: democratize access to things normally locked behind gatekeepers.
Hugo Renaudin
Hugo Renaudin is the co-founder and CEO of P00LS, a Web3 platform building social and community tokens for creators and brands. A French-born, math-trained entrepreneur, he ran the largest ICO in France (raising roughly $20-30M in under 10 hours for LGO, a crypto exchange he sold to Voyager Digital), then co-founded the DeFi venture Bender Labs before launching P00LS in 2021. Kathleen Breitman
Kathleen Breitman is the co-founder and CEO of Dynamic Ledger Solutions, the company behind Tezos — the self-amending blockchain that raised $232 million in a 2017 ICO, then the largest in history. A Cornell-educated economist turned crypto builder, Breitman navigated one of the most turbulent governance crises in blockchain history to deliver a live, functioning network. Known for her blunt wit, anti-hype stance, and combative advocacy during the Tezos legal battles, she has become a defining voice in the 'build it or shut up' wing of the crypto world. She is currently building Coase, a software company focused on reducing transaction costs, while serving as a venture partner at Social Impact Capital and writing pointed op-eds for Fortune about crypto culture, women in tech, and the industry's credibility problem.
