Kevin Reilley
Kevin Reilley is the CEO of Westhill, an Atlanta-based insurtech company building the first end-to-end digital managed repair platform that connects insurance carriers, homeowners, and vetted contractors. He took the top job in October 2020 after eight years helping scale HOVER, the property data platform, as CEO and Executive Vice President. Across more than three decades he has led or helped build technology companies including Pictometry (now EagleView), CPA Global, LegaLink, Vaultus, and LexisNexis. He now also sits on the advisory board of QuantivRisk, an auto-liability analytics startup.
AJ Altman
AJ Altman is the founder and CEO of Hover, a San Francisco-based proptech company that turns smartphone photos into precise 3D models of homes - used by contractors, insurers, and homeowners to measure, design, and estimate renovation projects. A U.S. Marine Corps veteran and computer engineer by training, Altman left Intel at 29 to serve as an infantry officer before channeling military-grade geospatial mapping technology into a commercial platform that has raised over $146M and reached a $490M post-money valuation. Hover's platform now replaces five separate contractor apps and is backed by some of the country's largest insurance carriers.

Ross Hangebrauck is a General Partner at BVVC (Bravo Victor Venture Capital), a seed-stage fund backing mission-first founders building technologies at the intersection of national security and commercial innovation. A former U.S. Navy SEAL turned entrepreneur, he co-founded Hover Inc. in 2011 — a platform that turns smartphone photos into 3D home models — raising $142M and reaching 12 million homes scanned. After six years as a startup CEO and a stint managing international VC operations at Almaz Capital, he joined BVVC to back companies operating across defense, autonomy, robotics, and advanced manufacturing. He brings a rare operator-to-investor arc: from deploying in operational theaters worldwide to architecting portfolio companies that he says must deliver 'integration, interoperability, and scalability.'
