MyDigiRecords (MDR) is a Kansas City-founded digital health company building a patient-owned personal health record (PHR) app. It lets people store, manage and share their complete medical history - immunizations, prescriptions, lab reports and family records - in one place, layered with AI features like SmartVitals, which reads vitals such as heart rate and blood pressure from a phone-camera face scan. Founded in 2022 by Harvard-educated physician-turned-entrepreneur Dr. Saroj Gupta, MDR is certified for integration with India's Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM) and has grown to tens of thousands of users across the US, India, Ethiopia and South Africa.
