Eirini Schlosser is the founder and CEO of Dyania Health, a clinical research AI company building Synapsis AI, a natural language understanding platform that reads unstructured electronic medical records to pre-screen patients for clinical trials and automate chart abstraction. The only non-physician in a family of doctors, she spent childhood summers digitizing her father's patient records, then worked on more than $60 billion of deals at Morgan Stanley before leaving finance to build technology. She founded the NLP startup Chuz, then launched Dyania Health in 2019, raising $17.55M and earning a spot on Inc.'s 2025 Female Founders 500.
Nikos Andrikogiannopoulos
Nikos Andrikogiannopoulos is the founder and CEO of Metrika, a Cambridge, Massachusetts SaaS company that measures the reliability of blockchains the way a control tower watches air traffic. A Greek-born MIT engineer who spent a decade in telecom strategy consulting, he built Metrika to answer a plain question institutions kept asking about crypto rails: how do you know it is working, and how do you prove it. He served on the U.S. CFTC's Technology Advisory Committee and helped author its landmark 2024 DeFi report, and his platform now underpins risk work with names like S&P Global Ratings, Zodia Custody, Hedera, Algorand and Solana.
Yiorgos Nikoletakis
Yiorgos Nikoletakis is the co-founder and CEO of 100mentors, an Athens- and San Francisco-based edtech company that started as a platform connecting young people with mentors worldwide and has since pivoted into generative-AI skilling for organizations. A Fulbright scholar with degrees from AUEB, Ohio State, and Columbia, he describes his job as teaching people to ask better questions, use GenAI well, and keep humans in the loop.
