
Paul Nugent is Chief Marketing Officer at Peter Millar, the Raleigh-based luxury sportswear and golf apparel brand owned by Richemont. A British-trained brand marketer, he has spent more than two decades building sports and lifestyle brands, most recently as CMO of Crocs-owned HEYDUDE, where he steered high-profile campaigns with Sydney Sweeney and Travis Hunter. Before that he led global brand marketing at Under Armour and reshaped the football heritage of Umbro, with earlier stops at ellesse and Codemasters. He joined Richemont's Peter Millar in 2025.
Thomas De Stio is the Chief Marketing Officer of Summit Golf Brands, the New York-based maker of premium golf apparel behind B. Draddy, Zero Restriction, Fairway & Greene, and EP New York. He arrived in August 2024 after more than a decade steering digital and ecommerce for luxury houses including Tom Ford, Loro Piana, Gucci, Tod's Group, and LoveShackFancy. His remit is to translate the codes of high fashion into the world of golf, running ecommerce and marketing strategy across the group's brand portfolio and reporting to president Jack Lessing.

Aaron Heiser is the first-ever Chief Executive Officer of Malbon Golf, the Santa Monica streetwear-meets-golf brand founded by Stephen and Erica Malbon. Appointed in October 2024, he runs day-to-day operations while the founders steer creative as co-Chief Creative Officers. Heiser arrived after roughly 18 years at Nike, where he ran retail across Western Europe and Greater China before serving as Global VP of Apparel, Accessories and Licensing. A Cornell graduate and former varsity wrestler, he has built a career relocating across Amsterdam, Shanghai and Oregon, and now leads Malbon as it pushes toward roughly $100 million in revenue and deeper international expansion.
