The company says the hybrid model creates 3-5x more nursing capacity and cuts costs 40-50% versus outsourced triage. Founded by Biofourmis founder Kuldeep Singh Rajput, OutcomesAI raised $10M in seed funding led by Santé Ventures in October 2025.

Linda Finkel is a healthcare technology executive who runs OutcomesAI, a Boston-based company pairing AI voice agents with licensed nurses to expand nursing capacity through its Glia engine. Before OutcomesAI she spent over a decade building AVIA into the country's leading digital transformation partner for health systems, first as president from 2014 and then as CEO from 2020. She has been named one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Healthcare.
