Bulzi, Inc. Originally built to measure out-of-home advertising audiences by passively detecting nearby mobile devices, Bulzi adapted its RF-sensing platform for defense and public-safety missions with roughly $2M in SBIR funding from the U.S. Air Force and Army. Its products span passive C5ISR sensing (SAFER), base access control (z-BASE), and medical-grade vital-signs monitoring (BioSCOUT), serving warfighters and first responders alongside commercial advertising customers.
Radar
Radar is a New York-based location platform that gives developers and enterprises a cost-effective alternative to Google Maps Platform and Mapbox. Its SDKs and APIs cover geofencing, maps, geocoding, trip tracking, and address autocomplete, plus solutions for location-based marketing, fraud and geo-compliance, and operations. Founded in 2016 by former Foursquare colleagues Nick Patrick and Coby Berman, Radar powers location features for brands like Panera Bread, DICK'S Sporting Goods, T-Mobile, and bet365, processing hundreds of billions of API calls a year across hundreds of millions of devices.
Kurt Dobbins
Kurt Dobbins is the founder and CEO of Nrby, a New Hampshire company building AI-driven predictive network intelligence for broadband and telecom operators. A serial entrepreneur and networking engineer with more than three decades in the industry, he previously founded Ellacoya Networks (acquired by Arbor Networks) and Deep Information Sciences, and earlier served as technical director at Cabletron Systems. He is the named inventor on more than a dozen networking and communications patents and describes himself as a lifelong builder of ideas that challenge convention and reshape industries.

Foursquare is a geospatial technology company that turns the physical world into structured, privacy-minded location data. Once known for the check-in app that helped popularize mobile location sharing, the company reinvented itself as an independent location-intelligence platform. Its products - Places, Movement SDK, Studio, and the Graph - supply a database of 120+ million points of interest and movement signals that power maps, marketing, analytics, and app features for companies including Apple, Uber, Snapchat, and Spotify.
Nick Patrick
Nick Patrick is the co-founder and CEO of Radar, a New York-based location platform that provides geofencing SDKs, maps APIs and geocoding services to companies like Panera, DICK's Sporting Goods, T-Mobile and Zillow. He started Radar in 2016 with Coby Berman after meeting him at Foursquare, and has raised more than $85 million from Accel, Insight Partners, Two Sigma Ventures, Expa and Heavybit. Before Radar he was Senior Director of Product at Handy and a product manager at Foursquare and Microsoft.
