Nishant Hari is the founder and CEO of Predoc, a New York-based AI-native platform for health information management that retrieves, structures, and analyzes patient medical records for hospitals, oncology practices, and clinical trials. In September 2025 the company disclosed $30 million in combined seed and Series A funding led by Base10 Partners, with Northzone, Eniac, ERA, and angel investors from Flatiron Health, Datavant, Thirty Madison and Blackstone. Predoc reports 700% year-over-year revenue growth and cuts record retrieval times by up to 75% for customers like The Oncology Institute.
Trip Hofer
Trip Hofer is the CEO of Redox, the healthcare data interoperability company that moved more than 15 billion healthcare transactions across 12,000-plus organizations and 90-plus EHR systems in a single year. A near-25-year veteran of healthcare who started at Booz Allen and the Washington, D.C. mayor's office, he ran the largest mental-health provider in the United States as CEO of Optum Behavioral Solutions and sold virtual-care company AbleTo to Optum in 2020 before taking Redox's helm in November 2023. He is also a Venture Partner at .406 Ventures.
Aaron Sin
Aaron Sin is the co-founder and CEO of Develo, a startup building what it calls the first AI-native operating system for independent pediatric practices. A physician by training with an MD from Stanford and a biomedical engineering degree from Yale, he traded the exam room for the product roadmap after stints leading value-based care products at Innovaccer and healthcare engagements at McKinsey. Founded in 2022 with CTO Han Ke, Develo replaces the patchwork of clunky EMRs, intake tools, and billing systems that pediatricians juggle with one unified platform. In May 2026 the company raised a $14 million Series A led by Blueprint Equity, and its software is now deployed across hundreds of pediatric providers in more than two dozen states.
Priyanka Agarwal
Priyanka Agarwal is a physician-turned-founder building HealthEx, an AI-powered patient consent and data-rights platform she started in 2022. A practicing UCSF telehealth physician with an MD from Harvard Medical School and an MBA from Harvard Business School, she is rebuilding how patients grant, revoke, and direct access to their own medical records. HealthEx raised $14M led by General Catalyst, connected to national networks through TEFCA, and partnered with MD Anderson, Epic, CLEAR, and athenahealth to make patient-controlled data the default rather than the exception.
Adam Farren
Adam Farren is the CEO of Canvas Medical, a San Francisco-based programmable EMR platform accelerating everyday medicine through AI-powered clinical workflows. With nearly two decades of experience scaling venture-backed companies across healthcare, fintech, media, and education, Farren rose from teacher and high school basketball coach to one of healthcare tech's most active growth operators. He spent eight combined years as Chief Growth Officer at Elation Health and Osmind before joining Canvas as President and COO in April 2023, then ascending to CEO in September 2024. Under his leadership, Canvas launched Hyperscribe - an open-source AI clinical copilot - and the Backplane platform for AI agent deployment, betting that the agentic future of medicine runs on open, programmable infrastructure.
Reshma Khilnani
Reshma Khilnani is the Co-Founder and CEO of Medplum, an open-source, FHIR-native healthcare developer platform that gives builders the infrastructure to create custom EHRs, patient portals, and clinical apps without starting from scratch. A three-time founder with exits to Box and Ro, she previously built MedXT (YC W13) and Droplet Health before returning to Y Combinator as a Visiting Group Partner and then launching Medplum in the S22 batch. An MIT computer science graduate with deep expertise in healthcare regulation and payments infrastructure, she is one of the most technically fluent CEOs in digital health.
