Samir Kaji is the co-founder and CEO of Allocate, a private markets platform that helps wealth advisors and family offices build and manage institutional-quality portfolios. Before founding Allocate, he spent about 22 years in venture banking at Silicon Valley Bank and First Republic Bank, where he advised more than 700 venture and private equity firms. He also hosts Venture Unlocked, a widely followed podcast and newsletter about how venture capital firms are built and scaled.
Lucas Babbitt
Lucas Babbitt is the co-founder and CEO of Atomic Insights, a San Diego fintech building a payments, treasury, and reporting platform that automates the back-office grind for registered investment advisors and family offices. He started his career in the cockpit of an F/A-18 as a Top Gun-trained Naval Aviator, picked up degrees from Stanford Law and Stanford's engineering school, then spent years at Goldman Sachs and as a founding-team operator and partner at wealth manager Jordan Park before starting Atomic Insights. In January 2026 the company closed a $10 million seed round.
