Probook is a New York-based startup building an AI operating system for home services businesses, centered on dispatch. Its software overlays existing tools like ServiceTitan to automatically match the right technician to each job, re-optimize the dispatch board in real time, and handle customer intake and messaging. Founded in 2024 by George Eliadis, Lewis Zhang and Ben Cervantez, the company raised $40 million from Andreessen Horowitz and Sequoia Capital and serves hundreds of HVAC, plumbing and electrical contractors across 35+ states.
