Founded in San Francisco by serial healthcare entrepreneur Vik Kashyap, the company was named a TIME Best Invention of 2024 and is deployed across more than 300 senior care communities in North America.
Coral Care
Coral Care is a Cambridge, Massachusetts based pediatric therapy company that brings licensed speech, occupational and physical therapists into children's homes, with services covered by insurance. Founded in 2023 by Jen Wirt after she ran into the system's long waitlists trying to get help for her own daughter, the company now operates a network of more than 600 clinicians across nine states.
Marble Health
Marble Health is a New York-based youth mental health company building a school-centered model of care. It partners with school counselors - not just school district budgets - to identify struggling students and match them with licensed therapists within days, covering visits through insurance including Medicaid. Marble combines individual, family, and group teletherapy with a purpose-built therapist EHR and AI documentation tools, and folds counselors and parents into a collaborative care team. Founded by former Headway co-founders Jake Sussman and Dan Ross, the company has facilitated more than 15,000 therapy sessions since launching and raised a $15.5M Series A in October 2025.

Somethings is a New York-based digital mental health company that connects teens and young adults (ages 13-26) with trained, certified near-peer mentors in their 20s for real-time text and video support. Built around lived experience rather than clinical therapy alone, every mentor is background-checked, certified as a peer specialist, and supervised by licensed clinicians. The company sells primarily to states, Medicaid managed-care plans, schools, and community organizations as an early-intervention layer in the youth mental health system.

Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is an applied behavior analysis (ABA) provider serving children and adults with autism and other developmental needs. Founded in 2012 by Pete Pallares, CSD delivers in-home, center-based, school-based, and virtual therapy across California, Washington, Oregon, Hawaii, and Colorado, pairing evidence-based clinical care with what it calls a foundation of science, compassion, and humility. The company now serves more than 4,000 clients with roughly 1,500 providers, and in December 2024 was acquired by Goldman Sachs Alternatives from longtime backer NMS Capital.

Opya is a California-based early intervention therapy provider specializing in comprehensive, multidisciplinary care for children aged 18 months to 6 years diagnosed with autism. The company delivers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and feeding therapy through in-home, clinic-based, and telehealth models across Northern and Southern California. Backed by $34.7M in total funding including a $15.4M Series A in 2021 from investors including SoftBank's SB Opportunity Fund, Opya is one of only eight ABA providers in California to hold BHCOE (Behavioral Health Center of Excellence) accreditation. In 2024, the company expanded into center-based care through the acquisition of Center for Autism Spectrum Therapy (CAST) and began operating under the Spectrum Pride brand.

Its platform delivers ten minutes a day of personalized, gamified skill-building, while an AI engine flags psychological risk by analyzing 160+ in-game behaviors, giving teachers and counselors real-time signals for early intervention.
