Iris Yen

Iris Yen is the Chief Marketing Officer of Cupshe, the California-founded swimwear and beachwear brand that grew from a single-category bet into a global direct-to-consumer business with roughly $420 million in annual revenue. She joined in February 2025 after a run through some of the loudest brand-building rooms in the business: Head of Media, Content and Partnerships at Nike; VP and Head of Media, Strategy and Audiences at Red Bull; VP and Head of Communications at GUESS?, Inc.; VP of Communications at American Eagle Outfitters; and VP of Global Marketing and PR at Quiksilver. She started in music, running marketing and PR at Universal Records in the early 2000s, and has built campaigns around names including Britney Spears, Nelly, Kelly Slater, Tony Hawk and Torah Bright. A Washington University in St. Louis graduate who studied anthropology alongside marketing, Yen tends to treat brands as cultures rather than catalogs - a habit visible in Cupshe's 10th-anniversary work, its fourth Miami Swim Week runway show, and its 2026 Casa del Sol collaboration with Jessie James Decker.

Julia Collier

Julia Collier is the Chief Marketing Officer of J.Crew, a role she took up on January 6, 2025 after five years helping build SKIMS from pre-launch into a cultural fixture. British by upbringing and New York-based by trade, she holds a master's in History of Art and English Literature from the University of Edinburgh and has spent close to two decades across fashion brands and agencies, including Rugby Ralph Lauren, Nicola Formichetti Studio, Wednesday Agency and A.L.C. At SKIMS she built a 40-person marketing organization and drove partnerships with the NBA, WNBA and USA Basketball plus collaborations with Fendi, Swarovski and Dolce & Gabbana. At J.Crew she reports to CEO Libby Wadle and oversees brand marketing and brand creative, arguing that brands should behave like entertainers and media companies rather than catalogs. Her first major campaign, 'The Next Rollneck Generation' (September 2025), reportedly lifted Google searches for the J.Crew rollneck by 900% in a week and was named to the Glossy 50 in 2025.

Justin Kassan

Justin Kassan is the Chief Marketing Officer of Honeylove, the Los Angeles-based sculptwear and intimates brand founded by musician Betsie Larkin. He joined in 2025 after roughly a decade spent inside some of the most recognizable direct-to-consumer brands in America: he ran paid social acquisition at Dollar Shave Club, climbed from Director of Acquisition to VP of Growth at the watch brand MVMT, and served as Vice President of Media at Fabletics from 2023 to 2025. His specialty is the unglamorous engine room of modern retail - media buying, attribution, creative testing and the arithmetic of turning ad spend into repeat customers. He studied Environmental Science at UC Santa Barbara before ending up, improbably, in the business of compression panels and wireless bras.
