TJ Ross
TJ Ross is the co-founder and co-CEO of Splash Sports, a peer-to-peer sports gaming platform he built with Joel Milton by acquiring and merging established brands like RunYourPool and OfficeFootballPool into a single home for survivor pools, pick'em, one & done and tiers contests. The platform now serves more than two million players and 80,000 commissioners. A Bay Area native who grew up with sports at the center of family life, Ross studied finance and entrepreneurship at USC before working in technology investment banking at Raymond James and Houlihan Lokey, founding the maker marketplace 43Layers, and leading strategic partnerships at STRV. He describes his work as building products that gather people around shared passions, and treats community, authenticity and enjoying the journey as the real measures of success.

Splash Sports is a Denver-based skill-based sports gaming platform that modernizes the office pool. Fans act as their own commissioners, creating and joining peer-to-peer real-money contests - Survivor, Pick'em, Tiers, and daily fantasy - across NFL, golf, and other sports. Built on the acquired RunYourPool and OfficeFootballPool audiences, Splash serves more than 2 million active users across 44 U.S. states and Canada, and in 2026 partnered with Polymarket to run the largest pro football survivor contest ever, with $21 million guaranteed.
SurePath AI
SurePath AI is a Denver-based enterprise software company that helps organizations safely adopt generative AI. Its network-based platform discovers sanctioned and unsanctioned AI use (shadow AI) without app integrations, classifies the intent behind each interaction, redacts sensitive data in prompts, and enforces role-based policies with full audit trails. Founded in 2023 by Casey Bleeker and Randy Birdsall, the company raised $5.2M in seed funding in November 2024 and was acquired by F5 in June 2026 to power the F5 AI Security Platform.
Volley Automation
Volley Automation builds AI-enabled robotic parking systems that use fleets of autonomous guided vehicles (AGVs) and proprietary control software to shuttle cars into optimized storage inside garages. The result is up to 2x denser parking, no below-grade digging, valet-like convenience without attendants, and lower embodied carbon than a conventional concrete ramp garage. Founded in 2018 and now headquartered in Denver, Volley works with developers on projects across New York, Nashville, California, Florida and Massachusetts.
Grant Walter
Grant Walter is the Chairman, CEO and President of KoreLock, a Denver-based IoT technology company that sells turnkey embedded smart lock platforms to the lock and access-control industry. Rather than making locks or software, KoreLock builds the printed-circuit-board module, firmware and cloud that let any manufacturer ship a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connected lock. Its patent-protected, gateway-free Wi-Fi direct technology sits inside tens of thousands of locking devices across 65+ countries. In 2023 Walter was named a Security Industry Innovator for that WiFi-ready platform.
