Tejas Manohar
Tejas Manohar is the cofounder and co-CEO of Hightouch, the San Francisco company that helped create the Composable CDP category by bringing customer data platform capabilities directly onto the data warehouse. He moved to San Francisco at 16 to become one of Segment's first ten engineers, then left in 2018 to start Hightouch with Kashish Gupta and Josh Curl. Under his leadership Hightouch has crossed $100M in annual recurring revenue and raised a $150M Series D in April 2026 at a $2.75B valuation, pivoting the company toward AI Decisioning and agentic marketing.
Prat Moghe
Prat Moghe is the CEO of Promethium, a Menlo Park data fabric and self-service analytics startup he took over in October 2024 after founder Kaycee Lai moved to Chief Strategy Officer. A UCLA-trained electrical engineer, Moghe started at Bell Labs, ran product and strategy at Netezza through its $1.7B IBM acquisition, founded cloud data-as-a-service company Cazena (later acquired by Cloudera, where he became EVP), and served as president of TiE Boston.
Ben Lerner
Ben Lerner is the co-founder and CEO of Espresso AI, a New York startup building what it calls the first neural compute optimizer - software that uses large language models to rewrite SQL and reallocate compute so companies cut their Snowflake and Databricks bills by up to 70%. A former Google and DeepMind engineer who worked on search, storage infrastructure, and early code-LLM research, Lerner left Big Tech to merge the two halves of his career - machine learning and systems performance - into a single product. Espresso launched from stealth in May 2024 with over $11 million in seed funding from Nat Friedman, Daniel Gross, and FirstMark's Matt Turck.
Christopher Farm
Christopher Farm is the co-founder and CEO of Tenjin, a San Francisco mobile marketing analytics and attribution company that grew out of Y Combinator's Summer 2014 batch. An MIT-trained mechanical engineer who detoured through investment banking, corporate M&A and mobile ad product roles before building tools for app developers, Farm has turned Tenjin into one of the data backbones for indie and mid-size mobile game studios trying to measure where their users come from and whether they are worth the money.

Ethan Aaron is the founder and CEO of Portable, a New York based ETL/ELT company that builds the data connectors nobody else wants to build. Where the rest of the data-pipeline industry chases the same handful of popular sources, Portable went after the long tail - thousands of niche, bespoke business applications - with no-code connectors and flat, no-volume pricing. A Penn-trained mechanical engineer and Wharton economist who passed through Goldman Sachs and LiveRamp before founding the company, Aaron is one of the data world's most prolific public voices, posting daily on LinkedIn and pushing a blunt thesis: data teams exist to make money, not to collect tools.
Ghalib Suleiman
Ghalib Suleiman is the CEO and co-founder of Polytomic, a San Francisco data-integration company that lets teams sync data between databases, warehouses, business systems like Salesforce and Stripe, spreadsheets, and arbitrary HTTP APIs without writing custom pipelines. He built the company with CTO Nathan Yergler after running the data team at PlanGrid during its growth from 25 to 350 people and its near-billion-dollar sale to Autodesk. Polytomic went through Y Combinator's Winter 2020 batch, pivoted during the program, and raised a $2.4M seed, winning early customers including Brex, Vanta, Sourcegraph, and ShipBob.
Ibby Syed
Ibby Syed is the founder and CEO of Cotera, a New York-based Y Combinator (W22) startup building an agentic AI platform that lets enterprise teams spin up AI agents on top of their own data warehouses. Peloton's first data science hire and a Harvard applied math graduate, he co-founded Cotera with Tom Firth, survived a long stint stuck in the 'consulting trap,' and pivoted the company from a churn-analytics dashboard into a prompt-based AI agent builder now serving customers like Bilt, OpenSea, Skims and Coterie at roughly $1M ARR.
Richard Meng
Richard Meng is the co-founder and CEO of Roe AI, a Y Combinator-backed (W24) startup building an AI-powered data warehouse that lets data teams query unstructured, multimodal data - documents, images, web pages, video - with plain SQL. Luke Han
Luke Han is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kyligence, the enterprise data analytics company built by the team that created Apache Kylin - the first Apache Software Foundation top-level project developed in China. A former eBay big data product lead, Han co-invented Apache Kylin in 2013, open-sourced it in 2014, then founded Kyligence in 2016 to commercialize the technology. Under his leadership, Kyligence raised $110M+ in funding including a $70M Series D, serves clients including UBS, McDonald's, and L'OREAL, and has evolved into an AI-powered metrics platform. Han is also a Microsoft Regional Director, Apache Kylin VP, Forbes Technology Council member, and Fortune China 40 Under 40 honoree.
Chris O'Neill
Chris O'Neill is a veteran technology executive with 25+ years of leadership across Google, Evernote, Glean, and Xero. Best known for leading Evernote's turnaround as CEO (2015-2018) and doubling its user base, he joined GrowthLoop as CEO in August 2024, steering the composable CDP startup through its AI transformation and Series D funding. A Tuck School of Business (Dartmouth) MBA and former Google Canada Managing Director who scaled that business to billions in revenue, O'Neill is also a board director at Gap Inc. and a published contributor to Fast Company and Fortune on the themes of AI, leadership, and compound growth.
