It unifies product usage, billing, CRM and support data into a single workspace so customer success managers can score account health, automate playbooks, collaborate with customers and cut churn. Its AI Copilot layers summaries, meeting notes and natural-language insights on top of that data. Founded in 2017 by Jamie Davidson and Patrick Vatterott out of Techstars NYC, Vitally has raised roughly $40 million and counts Zapier, Productboard, Mixpanel and Gorgias among its customers.
