Gabriel Pinchev
Gabriel Pinchev is the founder and CEO of FieldPulse, a Dallas-based field service management software company he started in 2015 to help HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other trade contractors run their businesses from a single app. An outsider to the trades who studied at SMU's Cox School of Business, he built FieldPulse into a platform used by thousands of service businesses, raising roughly $79 million across Series A through C, including a $50 million Series C in August 2025 led by Fulcrum Equity Partners. He is known for staying close to customers, talking with contractors daily, and pushing the company into AI-powered tools like Operator AI and Chat AI.
Roman Rusev
Roman Rusev is the CEO and co-founder of Field Complete, an Atlanta-based field service management software company built for property and home service providers that the existing tools left behind. He came up through the trades, not through tech: he scaled a flooring crew at 17, built more than 100 homes by his senior year of college, and ran a network of 200-plus contractors across four home-service companies before deciding the software he wished he had didn't exist, so he built it.
Trevor Maddux
Trevor Maddux is the co-founder and CEO of MotionOps, a Sandy, Utah software company building an all-in-one operating system for home and field service companies - plumbers, electricians, landscapers, remodelers and the like. He spent roughly two decades inside the trades, helping grow companies like Vivint and co-founding Cransten Service All Stars, one of the largest handyman and remodeling firms in the United States, before getting tired of stitching together four or five disconnected apps to run a single business. MotionOps grew out of an internal tool he was building for his own crews; when his technical co-founder asked whether he was building it just for himself or for everyone, the company was born. In 2023 MotionOps raised a $1.2M pre-seed round led by Alpine 100.
Stella Wu
Stella Wu is the founder and CEO of Eano, a San Mateo construction-tech company that started as a way to fix the chaos of home renovation and grew into all-in-one software for contractors covering sales, project management, and payments. A UC Berkeley grad and the first marketing hire at Wish, where she managed $400M+ in annual ad spend, she built Eano after her own ADU project turned into 150 unanswered emails, a 350-day permit, and quotes that swung from $40K to $100K. Investors describe her as the opposite of the steel-toed-boots construction stereotype. Eano has raised over $20M.
