Alok Kulkarni and the business of finding trouble early
Two failed ventures preceded Cyara. Alok Kulkarni’s next idea began with a speech-recognition system he could not properly test - and grew into a company built to catch trouble before customers did.
Hammer makes the bad call before your customers do
A contact center can answer the phone and still fail the caller. Hammer built a business testing the whole journey - and its next chapter, inside Infovista’s VistaCX, reaches from the voice menu to the AI agent.
Cyara
Cyara is a customer experience (CX) assurance software company whose automated platform tests and monitors contact center systems - IVRs, chatbots, voice, digital channels and, increasingly, AI agents - before and after they reach customers. Founded in Australia in 2006 and now headquartered in Texas, Cyara helps large enterprises catch defects in customer-facing systems early, cut manual testing, and keep voice and digital channels working across more than 100 countries.
