Tito Goldstein is the co-founder and co-CEO of Teambridge, an AI-native, composable workforce management platform built for hourly, shift-based, and frontline teams. A former principal product designer at Uber, he and co-founder Arjun Vora interviewed thousands of drivers and realized the self-service and agency of the Uber app was missing for the roughly 60% of the global workforce still stuck on legacy tools. Founded in 2020 by former Uber product and design leaders Arjun Vora and Tito Goldstein, it hands operators 'LEGO block' modules for scheduling, onboarding, time and attendance, communication, instant pay and custom mobile apps, so companies can run staffing operations as one connected system. It raised a $28M Series B in September 2024 led by Mayfield, bringing total funding to about $41.5M.
