Dave Feldman
Dave Feldman is the co-founder and CEO of Greenboard, a New York-based company building an AI-native operating system for financial compliance. A Johns Hopkins-trained engineer who previously led product work at Guideline and a Hive AI joint venture with Bain & Company, Feldman started Greenboard in 2023 with college friend Ed Schembor after seeing how badly financial firms struggled with fragmented, dated compliance tools. Greenboard went through Y Combinator's Winter 2024 batch and has raised $20 million total, including a $15.5M Series A led by Base10 Partners, with more than 500 financial institutions running their compliance programs on the platform.
Shawn Cantor
Shawn Cantor is co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of Certemy, a Series B compliance and credentialing SaaS company he started in 2017 with Zorik Gordon. Before Certemy, he served as COO of WorkWave (acquired by IFS in 2018), spent eight years at ReachLocal building its North American sales channel to more than 600 employees and $200M in revenue, and founded JAC Media, a digital marketing agency acquired by ReachLocal in 2005. His career is a sequence of building operations engines for outbound sales and services businesses.
Jacob Allen
Jacob Allen is the co-founder and CEO of Reportwell, a software startup that turns the slow, paperwork-heavy work of regulatory compliance reporting into a clean, AI-assisted portal, starting with K-12 schools and the agencies that oversee them. He came to the problem the hard way: as the co-founder and CEO of pilotED Schools, a charter network built around identity and sociology, he drowned in state and city compliance reports and decided to build the tool he wished he had. A Teach For America alum, Echoing Green Fellow, and Forbes 30 Under 30 in Education honoree, Allen has spent his career on the conviction that students do better when they understand who they are, and that the adults serving them deserve software that does not get in the way.
Neno Duplan
Neno Duplan is the founder and CEO of Locus Technologies, a Mountain View-based company he bootstrapped in 1997 to become one of the world's first cloud-based environmental, health, and safety (EHS) software providers. Born in Croatia and trained as a civil engineer, Duplan earned his Ph.D. at the University of Zagreb, an M.S. from Carnegie Mellon, and advanced management training at Stanford. He pioneered the commercial SaaS model for environmental data management - deploying the world's first such product in 1999 - and has spent nearly three decades helping governments, utilities, and corporations track, manage, and report their environmental footprints. With more than 30 technical papers published, 11,000+ active users, and a 98% customer renewal rate, Duplan has built Locus into a durable, self-funded software company at the intersection of environmental science and enterprise technology.
