byteXL is a Hyderabad-based education-technology company that partners with engineering colleges and universities to make students job-ready. Through a hybrid model of on-campus training, a cloud-based coding platform and guided placement support, it teaches emerging technologies such as AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity and full-stack development - focused largely on students in India's tier 2 and tier 3 cities. Founded in 2019 by brothers Karun and Sricharan Tadepalli, byteXL aims to bridge the gap between what colleges teach and what the IT industry hires for.

Karun Tadepalli is the co-founder and CEO of byteXL, a Hyderabad-based edtech company that partners directly with engineering colleges across India to close the gap between what students learn and what the tech industry needs. After roughly two decades in the US working for companies like Accenture, Health Management Systems and AT&T, he left a corporate career to build a B2B skilling platform now used by more than 100,000 students. Under his leadership byteXL has partnered with dozens of institutions and, in 2024, teamed with Microsoft to launch AI and machine learning B.Tech specializations at universities across the country.

CodeHS is a K-12 computer science education platform that gives schools everything they need to teach coding: a browser-based coding environment, a full standards-aligned curriculum spanning elementary through AP, teacher tools for grading and progress tracking, professional development, and industry certifications. Founded in 2012 by two Stanford CS section leaders, Jeremy Keeshin and Zach Galant, it now reaches millions of students and thousands of schools, and in 2025 acquired the K-8 creative coding platform Tynker.

Vikas Aditya is the Chief Executive Officer of HackerEarth, an enterprise platform that has redefined how the world's largest companies find, assess, and hire technical talent. Appointed CEO in July 2024, Aditya brings decades of experience from Intel, Veridic Solutions, and his own startup QuikFynd to a company serving 500+ enterprise customers and a community of over 4 million developers globally. Under his leadership, HackerEarth launched OnScreen - an always-on AI interview tool using lifelike avatars - and is pushing the industry toward evaluating aptitude over syntax as AI reshapes software engineering.
