Tom Molden
Tom Molden is CIO of Global Executive Engagement at NinjaOne, a role that puts a 30-year IT practitioner in the room with the buyers he used to be. He learned automation in the car rental business, spent 14 years moving through the semiconductor industry across the US and Europe, then ran planning for a multi-billion-dollar IT transformation at General Motors before becoming Chief of Staff to GM's global CISO. Fluent in English and German, he trades in the language of boards: revenue, margin, and risk.
Rob Theis
Rob Theis is General Partner and Chief Investment Officer at World Innovation Lab (WiL), a Palo Alto-based venture firm bridging innovation between the US and Japan with over $1.9 billion in capital commitments. With 18+ years of VC experience and a prior career as a tech operator at Sun Microsystems and co-founder of NEON (acquired by IBM), Theis has backed companies with an aggregate market cap exceeding $85 billion, including HubSpot, DocuSign, RingCentral, and Auth0. He also volunteers as a Sheriff cliff and mountain rescue specialist in his spare time.
Sean Engel
Sean Engel is General Partner and Chief Investment Officer at Top Tier Capital Partners (TTCP), a San Francisco-based venture capital firm with $8.1 billion in regulatory assets under management. A UC Berkeley alum and former varsity rower, Engel joined TTCP's predecessor Paul Capital in 2010 and has spent over 15 years building expertise in LP secondary transactions, direct co-investments, and fund of funds strategies. He co-led the firm's landmark $925M capital raise in 2022 - the Venture Velocity Fund 4 - which included a dedicated $421M climate tech separate account. Engel oversees a global investment team, serves on the Investment Committee, and is known for a data-driven, relationship-first approach to identifying high-growth venture-backed companies across pre-seed through Series B.
Sam Corcos
Sam Corcos is a four-time founder and the co-founder and former CEO of Levels Health, a $300M metabolic health company that pairs continuous glucose monitors with a software layer to help people understand how food affects their blood sugar. He co-founded CarDash (Y Combinator S17, acquired 2020), Sightline Maps, and LearnPhoenix before building Levels into a category-defining health company with $67M raised from a16z and a community of 1,400+ member-investors. In 2025, he joined the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) and was appointed U.S. Treasury Chief Information Officer. He is also known for extreme minimalism (one pair of pants, one backpack), tracking time in 15-minute increments, and hosting 100+ intellectual salon dinners in New York and San Francisco.
