Anneli Tostar
Anneli Tostar is the CEO and co-founder of Tangible, a San Francisco software company that helps real estate developers measure, manage, and cut the embodied carbon locked inside the materials they build with. An Oregon-born, Swedish-heritage urbanist who studied anthropology and environmental policy at Harvard and sustainable urban planning at KTH Stockholm, she spent years inside the commercial real estate sustainability world in the UK and US before deciding the industry's spreadsheet-and-Google-search approach to low-carbon materials needed a real platform. She co-founded Tangible with Nicole Granath in late 2021, raised $8.8M, and is on a mission to make choosing low-carbon materials, in her words, stupidly easy.
Hana Kajimura
Hana Kajimura is the CEO of Trellis Group, the climate media-and-events company behind GreenBiz, Circularity and Trellis Impact. Before running the room, she built it: as Allbirds' first full-time sustainability hire she stamped a carbon footprint on every shoe, open-sourced the methodology so rival brands could copy it, and authored the 'Flight Plan' to halve the company's per-product emissions. A Stanford environmental scientist who chose business over activism because companies 'move much more swiftly,' she now runs the largest gathering of sustainability professionals in North America.

Sanchali Pal is the Founder and CEO of Commons (formerly Joro), an Oakland-based climate action app that connects personal spending data to carbon footprints and rewards users for making sustainable choices. A Princeton and Harvard Business School alumna who spent six years tracking her own carbon footprint in a spreadsheet before building the app to scale that insight for everyone, she has grown Commons to 450,000+ community members, raised $14.7M including a $10M Series A backed by Sequoia Capital and Jay-Z's Arrive, earned a TIME100 Most Influential Companies listing, and is on a mission to prove that climate action and financial wellbeing are the same thing.
