Deven Hurt

Deven Hurt is the co-founder and CEO of PredictionStrike, a New York based platform he calls a stock market for sports fans, where users buy and sell virtual shares of NBA and NFL players whose prices move on real on-field performance. A Harvard College bioengineer turned Harvard Law graduate, he ran cybersecurity work touching Nike and the NBA before building the company with best friend Brad Chabra in 2018. He raised a $10M Series A led by Bullpen Capital, grew the platform past 200,000 users and $100M in transactions, and reached per-user profitability in late 2024.

A Yale and Stanford GSB graduate and former Bain consultant, he co-founded the at-home private-chef marketplace Kitchit, helped start the progressive volunteer group Tech for Campaigns, and joined PINATA as COO in 2018 before taking the top job in 2022, the same year the company closed a $10M Series A led by M13 and Bullpen Capital.

Eric Wiesen

Eric Wiesen is a General Partner at Bullpen Capital, a San Francisco-based venture firm specializing in post-seed and early-growth investments. A two-time founder, former corporate attorney at Fenwick & West, and ex-General Partner at RRE Ventures, Wiesen brings a rare trifecta of legal, entrepreneurial, and investment experience to backing companies that don't fit the standard seed-to-Series-A mold. His track record includes exits through Braintree/PayPal ($800M), Venmo, Makerbot, and TapCommerce, and he's known for hunting non-obvious, non-consensus opportunities where value is obscured from the investment herd.
