Philipp von Gilsa
Philipp von Gilsa is the CEO and co-founder of Kontakt.io, an indoor location and RTLS platform used by hospitals to track beds, staff, equipment and patient flow. Based in New York with engineering in Kraków, he has spent a decade turning small Bluetooth beacons into a spatial intelligence layer for smart buildings, most recently pushing the company into agentic AI for healthcare operations.
Grant Walter
Grant Walter is the Chairman, CEO and President of KoreLock, a Denver-based IoT technology company that sells turnkey embedded smart lock platforms to the lock and access-control industry. Rather than making locks or software, KoreLock builds the printed-circuit-board module, firmware and cloud that let any manufacturer ship a Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connected lock. Its patent-protected, gateway-free Wi-Fi direct technology sits inside tens of thousands of locking devices across 65+ countries. In 2023 Walter was named a Security Industry Innovator for that WiFi-ready platform.
Ege Akpinar
Ege Akpinar is the founder and CEO of Pointr, the indoor location company behind Deep Location, a platform that gives buildings the kind of accurate blue-dot navigation people take for granted outdoors. He started it in 2013 as a Harrods consulting side project, turned it into a venue-mapping engine used by Fortune 100 companies, hospitals, airports and CES, and built an AI mapping system that compresses days of manual map-drawing into minutes.
