Sailes is a New York and Kansas City based AI company that builds autonomous, personality-driven "Sailebots" to automate the entire B2B sales prospecting lifecycle - from finding contacts and researching accounts to writing outreach and booking meetings. Founded in 2018 by Nick Smith, the venture-backed firm trained its own sales-focused AI model to replace roughly a dozen point solutions, and its Sailebots are deployed across dozens of countries for enterprise and mid-market sales teams at companies including Staples, Wiley, and Rogers Electric.

Digital Diagnostics is a Coralville, Iowa healthcare AI company that builds autonomous - not assistive - diagnostic systems that make a clinical decision without a physician reviewing the result. Its flagship product, LumineticsCore (formerly IDx-DR), was the first medical device of any kind to receive FDA authorization to make an autonomous diagnosis: it screens for diabetic retinopathy from retinal images at the point of care in primary care offices, no eye specialist required. Founded in 2010 by retina specialist and computer engineer Dr. Michael Abramoff, the company has raised more than $130 million to expand autonomous AI into new disease areas.
Pine AI
Pine AI is an autonomous consumer AI agent that handles the tedious 'digital chores' people hate - negotiating bills, canceling subscriptions, filing complaints, and chasing refunds. Instead of just answering questions like a chatbot, Pine actually places phone calls, sends emails, and navigates websites to get things done on a user's behalf. Founded in 2024 by former Agora executives Stanley Wei and Vincent Sun, the Palo Alto company reports a 93% negotiation success rate and has saved consumers over $3 million. It raised a $25 million Series A in December 2025 led by Fortwest Capital.
