Claira is a New York-based startup building an agentic AI platform for private markets. It embeds domain-native AI directly into deal workflows for private credit funds and financial institutions, automating document extraction, due diligence, deal capture, and analysis so investment teams can surface insights and put their own proprietary research to work. In June 2025 it raised a $7M seed round co-led by Barclays, Citi, and Reimagine Tech Ventures.
Alex Leonardi
Alex Leonardi is the co-founder and CEO of VectorShift, a New York no-code AI automation platform that lets teams build enterprise-grade LLM applications, search engines, chatbots and workflows by dragging and dropping instead of coding. A Harvard statistics-and-computer-science graduate who built generative AI capabilities at Blackstone, he launched VectorShift in 2023 through Y Combinator's Summer 2023 batch and raised a $3M seed in February 2024. The company has since sharpened its focus into an AI operating system for private market investors.
Eric Chang
Eric Chang is the co-founder and CEO of Claira, a New York fintech building domain-native, agentic AI for private credit and capital markets deal teams. A CFA charterholder with a Cornell engineering degree, he spent nearly two decades inside Goldman Sachs, BlackRock, AQR, and Morgan Stanley before deciding the real problem in finance was not faster analysts but firms that forget what they already know. Claira turns dense legal and credit documents into structured, queryable data and aims to become a firm's permanent decision-making memory. In June 2025 the company raised a $7M seed co-led by Barclays and Citi.
Rohan Doctor
Rohan Doctor is the founder and CEO of Louisa AI, a New York relationship-intelligence platform that spun out of Goldman Sachs in 2023. After 17 years at Goldman, where he ran the Bank Solutions business and closed a record cross-border trade he chalked up to a chance hallway encounter, he set out to answer one question: what if you could systematize serendipity with data? Louisa maps who-knows-who and who-knows-what inside an organization, then proactively nudges colleagues toward deals and warm introductions. The company raised a $5M seed in March 2024 backed by angels and Oxford University, and counts Goldman Sachs among its blue-chip financial-services customers.
Rogo
Rogo is a generative AI platform purpose-built for finance. Founded in 2021 by three former junior bankers, it trains finance-specific models and deploys autonomous AI agents - including its flagship agent Felix - to handle the slow, repetitive work of investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds: searching filings, building comparable-company analyses, drafting investment memos, generating Excel models, and running data-room diligence. More than 35,000 finance professionals at 250+ institutions use it, and a $160M Series D in April 2026 valued the company at roughly $2 billion.
Rowspace
Rowspace is a San Francisco AI company that turns a financial firm's own proprietary data into a compounding edge. Its platform connects structured and unstructured data across a firm's entire history, models how that firm operates and reasons, and delivers that intelligence inside the tools teams already use - Excel, Microsoft Teams, and internal systems. Founded by former Notion CTO Michael Manapat and two-time CFO Yibo Ling, Rowspace launched in February 2026 with $50 million from Sequoia, Emergence Capital, Stripe, and others. Firms managing hundreds of billions to nearly a trillion dollars in assets already use it for portfolio monitoring, multi-decade deal analysis, and credit portfolio optimization.

Gabriel Stengel is the co-founder and CEO of Rogo, a generative AI platform built for investment banks, private equity firms and hedge funds. A 2020 Princeton computer science graduate who did stints at J.P. Morgan and whose co-founder came from Lazard, Stengel turned a clunky senior-thesis econometrics chatbot into a company that, by April 2026, raised a $160 million Series D at a roughly $2 billion valuation. Rogo's AI agent Felix now serves more than 35,000 finance professionals across 250-plus institutions, automating the grunt work of benchmarking, earnings analysis and pitch decks that once kept junior bankers awake at night.
Michael Manapat
Michael Manapat is the co-founder and CEO of Rowspace, an AI platform that turns a finance firm's proprietary data into compounding decision-making edge. He built the machine learning behind Stripe Radar, the fraud engine that scans every card payment across the Stripe network, then spent three and a half years as CTO of Notion driving its push into AI. A mathematics PhD from MIT and former Google engineer, he launched Rowspace in February 2026 with $50M backed by Sequoia and Emergence Capital, already serving roughly ten top private equity and credit firms managing hundreds of billions in assets.

It automates the time-consuming, high-stakes workflows that fill the days of investment bankers, private equity associates, hedge fund analysts and wealth managers - pitch decks, financial models, buyer lists, investment memos and valuation analysis - directly inside the tools teams already use like Excel and PowerPoint, tailored to each firm's brand, style guide, compliance rules and security standards. Founded in 2022 by three MIT graduates, Farsight raised a $16M Series A led by SignalFire in June 2025.
