Darrin Miles
Darrin Miles is the President and CEO of Nested Therapeutics, a Cambridge, Massachusetts precision oncology company that launched in 2022 with $125 million in financing to hunt for cancer-driving mutations hiding in plain sight. A commercialization leader with more than two decades in healthcare, Miles spent 14 years at Genentech shepherding landmark cancer brands and later served as Chief Commercial Officer at Agios Pharmaceuticals, where he helped bring the first mutant-IDH therapies to acute myeloid leukemia patients. At Nested, he is translating computational biophysics, genomics, and chemical biology into drugs aimed at targets the rest of the field calls undruggable.
Kevin Marks
Kevin Marks is the co-founder, President and CEO of Delphia Therapeutics, a Cambridge, Massachusetts biotech pioneering 'activation lethality' - a contrarian approach that kills cancer by overdriving the very oncogenes other drugs try to switch off. A two-decade cancer drug hunter who helped advance three FDA-approved medicines at Agios and led oncology drug discovery at Novartis, Marks built Delphia as an entrepreneur-in-residence at GV (Google Ventures), launching it in 2024 with a $67 million Series A.
Abhishek Jha
Abhishek Jha is the Co-Founder and CEO of Elucidata, a San Francisco-based AI company making biomedical data AI-ready for drug discovery and pharmaceutical R&D. A trained physical chemist with a PhD from the University of Chicago and postdoctoral work at MIT, he spent years at Agios Pharmaceuticals contributing to four FDA-approved first-in-class therapies before co-founding Elucidata in 2015. Under his leadership, the company has raised over $22.7M in funding, grown to 170 employees, and achieved $22.2M ARR, while evolving from a data-curation platform into an AI company solving out-of-distribution (OOD) problems in biomedical research - work that earned Elucidata recognition as one of Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies in 2024.
