Frank Weishaupt
Frank Weishaupt is the CEO of Owl Labs, the Boston company behind the Meeting Owl, a 360-degree video conferencing device built for hybrid meetings. He joined in 2018 after two decades in sales and operations leadership at CarGurus, Criteo, Jumptap and Yahoo, and has since made Owl Labs a widely cited voice on the future of work through its annual State of Hybrid Work Report.
Asteroom
Asteroom turns an ordinary smartphone into a professional 3D virtual tour and property data collection tool. Founded in 2018 by ex-Facebook and Microsoft engineers, the company sells an inexpensive Pano Kit tripod plus an app that lets real estate agents, appraisers, and property managers capture immersive 3D tours, floor plans, and measurements without a $3,000 camera. It has since become a property data collection provider integrated with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Zillow, and Realtor.com, powering appraisal modernization workflows through a national network of trained data collectors.

Tesseract (Jio Tesseract) is an MIT Media Lab spin-off and Jio Platforms/Reliance Industries subsidiary building India's mixed reality stack: consumer devices like the JioDive VR headset (Rs 1,299), JioGlass smart glasses, and JioFrames AI glasses, plus enterprise XR platforms for training and remote assistance. Founded in 2015 by Kshitij Marwah, acquired 92.7% by Reliance in May 2019, it calls itself India's biggest XR and AI company, reaching 50+ million consumers and 50+ enterprise clients.
Doxel
Doxel is a Menlo Park-based construction technology company that uses computer vision and AI to automatically track what is actually being built on large, complex job sites. By turning 360-degree camera footage, drone imagery and LiDAR scans into objective progress data and comparing it against the schedule, budget and BIM model, Doxel gives owners and general contractors early warning on cost and schedule risk - often described as a 'Waze for construction.' It has tracked billions of square feet of work for Fortune 500 customers including Kaiser Permanente, Shell, HCA and major data center developers.
Francisco Aguilar
Francisco Aguilar is the founder and CEO of Bounce Imaging, the company behind a softball-sized, throwable 360-degree camera that lets police, firefighters and soldiers see inside dangerous spaces before stepping into them. He conceived the idea as a graduate student at MIT and Harvard after watching rescuers struggle to find survivors in the rubble of the 2010 Haiti earthquake. The original Explorer earned a spot on TIME's Best Inventions of 2012; the thermal-equipped Pit Viper 360 repeated the honor in 2024. Today his cameras are used by 300-plus police and fire departments and by defense customers including U.S. Special Operations Command.
OpenSpace
OpenSpace is a San Francisco-based construction technology company that turns 360-degree video walks of jobsites into AI-powered, navigable visual records pinned to floor plans. Its software stitches site captures into a Google Street View-style digital twin so general contractors can see every corner of a build, track progress, resolve disputes, and coordinate with BIM - without flying anyone to the site.
