Company / Marketing & Advertising

Stan Ventures sells the work. You keep the credit.

Behind the agency logo is another business doing the outreach. Stan Ventures built its model around that quiet arrangement - and the awkward question of who controls the work.

The Sydney agency had a problem with surprises. Its previous link-building vendor would place a client’s website on another site, then send the report. Sometimes the publisher had little traffic. Sometimes the subject had little connection to the client. The agency discovered what it had bought after the purchase had become public. That is an uncomfortable way to sell expertise.

The quick read
  • Stan Ventures does SEO delivery that agencies can sell under their own names.
  • Its useful distinction is control: review the publisher before outreach starts.
  • Prices buy defined work. Rankings, revenue and AI recommendations remain separate tests.

01 / The right to say no

In Stan Ventures’ account of the Sydney engagement, the agency supplied its own articles. Stan found publishers, handled outreach and arranged placements. Each domain went to the agency for approval first. The assignment began with five end clients in January 2026 and reached ten by May, according to the case study.

The reported spend was $2,750 per client per month for ten links, or $275 each. Delivery took 14 days because the writing was already finished. Stan also reports a 30% margin improvement versus the previous supplier. These are one engagement’s reported figures, with the agency unnamed. The transferable idea is simpler: put the customer’s veto earlier in the process.

02 / A business behind the business

Stan Ventures occupies an easily overlooked part of marketing: fulfillment. An agency may own the pitch, the strategy and the client relationship while another company performs the outreach and produces the deliverables. Stan makes that arrangement explicit through white-label services, confidentiality and reports the agency can present under its own branding.

Founded in 2009, the company identifies its founding leaders as Pradeep Kumaar, known as Prady, and co-founder Krish. Its operating arrangement pairs U.S. client leadership with delivery teams in India. That division is central to its cost proposition. The company reports more than 150 agency partners; it also serves brands directly.

The buyer is often buying capacity. Recruiting writers, training outreach staff, checking publishers and chasing responses all consume time before a client sees anything. Stan offers those functions together. Its expertise lies in coordinating research, writing, placement and quality checks. The agency still needs to decide whether a proposed publisher belongs anywhere near its client.

A dedicated-resource case shows the same idea applied beyond links. Stan says an anonymous U.S. agency started with one SEO specialist in November 2023 and expanded to four within three months. The work covered keyword research, on-page optimization, technical audits and reporting. The specialists used the agency’s templates and worked within its U.S. time zone. For this buyer, the product was a team that could join an existing workflow without another round of local recruiting.

03 / What the price tag leaves to you

Stan’s public placement menu starts at $37 for a site with a Domain Rating of at least 30 and 100 monthly organic visitors. Raise the traffic floor to 500 at that authority tier and the listed price becomes $107. A DR 50-plus site with 1,000 visitors is listed at $247. The thresholds change what the buyer receives.

Domain Rating is an SEO tool’s score, not a Google endorsement. A high score cannot tell an agency whether a publisher reaches the right people. Geography, subject matter and editorial quality still need scrutiny. Stan’s process includes domain, topic and content approval, followed by delivery through its dashboard and an unbranded report.

The About page also describes quotes that separate the blogger’s fee from Stan’s service fee. Ask which model governs the order and what the total includes. The Sydney engagement is a useful reminder that actual campaign costs can sit well above an advertised entry tier.

04 / The month they stopped building

A different company-published case concerns a travel eSIM brand working through a UK agency. Stan had been acquiring links since July 2024 when the brand changed domains in July 2025. The old links pointed to the old address. Continuing the monthly routine would leave the migration problem unresolved.

Stan says it paused new link building for roughly four months, supported the agency on redirect mapping, then restarted in November. It later reported estimated monthly organic traffic rising from 19,000 in January to 97,000 in June 2026 on the new domain. Those figures describe the campaign’s trajectory; they do not isolate the effect of backlinks from the migration or other work.

The useful question is whether the next link solves the problem the client actually has.

For an agency, the practical lesson is to make delivery conditional on the site being ready. A redirect problem needs a redirect decision. A link quota should leave room for that conversation.

05 / Google is no longer the whole pitch

The current offer, Authority Growth OS, combines backlinks, digital PR and AI listicle mentions with a strategist. It is advertised from $2,699 a month on a 12-month term. Individual links suit buyers who already know what they want; managed link building handles recurring execution; this broader program includes planning.

The new pitch is about appearing in material that AI systems may cite, alongside conventional search visibility. Stan’s own FAQ acknowledges that a provider cannot guarantee a particular AI citation. That distinction belongs in the buying decision. A published mention is observable. Whether an assistant recommends the brand on a given question is a different outcome.

There is also a constraint on the underlying market. Google treats paid links intended to manipulate rankings as link spam; advertising links should carry appropriate sponsored or nofollow attributes. Manual outreach alone does not settle that question. Buyers should inspect how placements are arranged, qualified and measured.

Stan fits agencies that need execution and can judge the brief, the publishers and the results. It will be a poor shortcut for a broken website, an unclear offer or a promise of instant sales. The thing to copy is its division of responsibility: decide who writes, who approves and who measures. Then give somebody the authority to stop.
