The Sydney proptech that scores 14 million homes a day - and hands agents the ones about to sell.
Real estate has always run on one scarce thing: knowing who is about to sell. Get Listings, founded in 2020 and based in the harbourside suburb of Kirribilli, built a business around answering that question before the "For Sale" sign goes up.
The company does two jobs at once. First, it runs advertising campaigns that produce exclusive seller leads - homeowners who raise their hand to talk about selling - and delivers them straight to an individual agent. Second, through its mobile app, it scores roughly 14 million Australian properties every day across more than 15,000 suburbs, assigning each a "selling score" based on recent activity and neighbourhood trends.
Put together, that means an agent no longer has to guess. They can see which streets are heating up, get a lead when a homeowner engages, and be notified the moment a rival starts advertising in the same postcode.
The pitch is deliberately unglamorous: less doorknocking, fewer flyers, and no year-long contracts. Leads are sold in packs - 3, 5, 10 or 25 - starting around $69 each, and campaigns run under the agent's own brand on their own Facebook page.
It is prospecting, productised. As one App Store reviewer put it, "I got a whole pipeline of new leads... without me having to go out and doorknock, send flyers or run ads."
Every property gets a daily rating for how likely it is to hit the market. Agents work the top of the list first. This is an illustrative view of how those scores stack a target suburb.

Get Listings runs a hybrid of advertising service and software. Revenue comes from selling exclusive leads - per-lead packs from around $69 (incl. GST) or higher-value managed monthly programs - and from in-app purchases on the AI app, ranging from about $14.99 to $1,000.
Crucially, the ads run under each agent's own brand. The company is invisible in the campaign; the client is the face. That white-label choice makes clients harder to poach and easier to keep.
Individual agents, property managers, investors and agencies - primarily across Australia and New Zealand. The company cites 2,200+ agents served and 250,000+ leads generated; its Instagram counts 1,200+ clients and $1.5B+ in property listed.
A US-facing arm has pushed the same playbook into YouTube advertising, reporting 1,300 agents across 217 markets in 2025.
Where rivals sell subscriptions and retainers, Get Listings lets an agent buy 3 leads or 25 with no contract - lowering the barrier to a first try.
Fake, duplicate or out-of-area leads don't count. The replacement policy shifts risk from the agent back to the company.
Most lead tools react. The selling score and competitor-ad alerts try to tell agents what's coming next.
Campaigns carry the agent's own branding, not a vendor logo - building the agent's reputation, not the platform's.
