She once decided she could never work in sales. Now she runs marketing for one of America's biggest consumer lenders, and the whole job is relationships.

She has spent more than twenty years teaching legacy retailers to fall in love with data - and consumers to fall in love with brands. At Rebel Athletic, the marketing chief is aiming both talents at the world of crystals, sparkle and competitive cheer.
Heather Salvatore Gruccio is Executive Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer for Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Factory, the KnitWell Group brands headquartered at 7 Times Square in New York. A Wake Forest communications graduate, she built her merchandising career over nine years at Coach, sharpened it in mid-luxury at Tory Burch, and joined Ann Taylor in 2016 as Senior Director of Merchandising for non-apparel. She moved up to Vice President of Merchandising in 2017, SVP and GMM in 2020, and was elevated to EVP and Chief Merchandising Officer in 2025 after leading a product-and-perception reset that turned a 70-year-old mall brand into a name fashion press started writing about again. Her thesis is unfussy: women still want to look pulled together, they just want to be comfortable while doing it, and heritage is an asset rather than a liability if you actually know how to cut a jacket.
Molly Hartney is Chief Digital Officer and Chief Marketing Officer at Rack Room Shoes, the family-owned footwear retailer based in Charlotte, North Carolina. She joined in 2021 as CMO and, after driving a reported 40% increase in customer retention and a 36% improvement in productivity, was promoted in July 2025 to a newly created CDO role that merges marketing with the company's digital sales and omnichannel strategy. With more than 15 years across retail and consumer products - including senior marketing and digital roles at Funko, The Mine (a Lowe's company) and Lowe's itself - she is known as a growth-focused brand builder and an advocate for applying AI responsibly to marketing, personalization and inventory.
Sabrina Cherubini is the Chief Marketing Officer of FULLBEAUTY Brands, the plus-size and big-and-tall apparel group behind names like Catherines, ellos, Swimsuits for All, Jessica London and Brylane Home. A French-born marketer who began at Leo Burnett and Havas in Europe, she has spent two decades moving between advertising agencies, startups and Fortune 500 retailers including Kmart, Sears, Ann Taylor and Loft. Before FULLBEAUTY she spent nearly four years at lingerie brand Hanky Panky, where she helped grow the direct-to-consumer share of revenue from under 20% to roughly half. She is a Women in Retail Leadership Circle member, a nonprofit board member, and an advocate for women's leadership communities.
Jaclyn Fu is the co-founder and co-CEO of Pepper, the direct-to-consumer bra brand built for small-chested women that grew from a Kickstarter funded in 10 hours into an eight-figure company that has sold more than one million bras. A UC Berkeley graduate and former product marketer at Mozilla, Etsy and Conversocial, she turned four words scribbled on a road trip - 'bras for Asian Americans' - into a movement to redefine how small chests are seen. She and co-founder Lia Winograd landed on Forbes' 2020 30 Under 30 list for Retail & Commerce.
