By bundling multiple vehicles into shared shipments and layering on real-time tracking and instant quoting, Carpool modernizes a fragmented, multi-billion-dollar industry that still runs largely on phone calls and spreadsheets. Founded in 2021 by Michael Malakhov, the company has shipped more than 150,000 vehicles for over 1,800 clients and raised a $12M Series A in 2025 led by Wavecrest Growth Partners, with CarMax participating.
