Malte Rau
Malte Rau is the Berlin-based CEO and co-founder of Pliant, a B2B fintech that lets companies and banks issue physical and virtual credit cards and plug the resulting data straight into their finance stacks. A former risk manager and fintech investor, he founded Pliant in February 2020 with Fabian Terner and has grown it into a modular, API-first card-issuing platform serving thousands of European businesses. In April 2025 the company closed a $40 million Series B led by Illuminate Financial and Speedinvest to fund its expansion into the United States.
Doug Yeum
Doug Yeum (Korean name Yeom Dong-hoon) is President and CEO of MegazoneCloud, one of Asia's largest cloud managed-service providers and a flagship AWS partner. An MIT-trained engineer, he spent years building Google Korea, ran AWS Korea, served as chief of staff to Andy Jassy, and then led AWS worldwide channels and alliances before taking the top job at MegazoneCloud. In 2025 he steered the company to a profitability turnaround on $1.16 billion in revenue and is now pushing an aggressive US expansion built around agentic AI, cloud security, and MegazoneCloud's own AIR and HALO platforms.
Philina Lee
Philina Lee, PhD is the Chief Executive Officer of AdvanCell, a clinical-stage radiopharmaceutical company developing targeted alpha therapies for cancer built on a proprietary Lead-212 platform. A biopharmaceutical executive with more than two decades in oncology, she was Chief Commercial Officer at Blueprint Medicines (acquired by Sanofi for roughly $9.5 billion) and earlier helped build the organization at Algeta that launched Xofigo, the first approved alpha therapy. Trained as a cell biologist at MIT, she took the AdvanCell helm on January 1, 2026 to lead the company's US expansion from a new Boston-area headquarters and advance its lead candidate 212Pb-ADVC001 for prostate cancer.
