Zlatan Menkovic
Zlatan Menkovic is the CEO and co-founder of Scaler, an ESG data platform helping real estate managers measure, report, and cut the carbon footprint of their buildings. A Dutch product designer turned repeat founder, he built Scaler after years shaping products at Uber and Uber Freight and an earlier startup, PeerReach. Scaler now serves roughly 30 clients overseeing more than $350 billion in assets and raised a $10M Series A in 2024 led by Plural. Menkovic's pitch is blunt: if you want global impact, start with the buildings we already live and work in.
Paul Singer
Paul Singer is the cofounder and CEO of FleetWorks, a San Francisco startup building always-on voice AI agents that handle the phone-and-email grind of freight brokerage. A former Uber Freight product manager and Yale economics grad, he started FleetWorks in late 2022 with cofounder Quang Tran, went through Y Combinator's Summer 2023 batch, and in October 2025 raised a $17M round (including a $15M Series A led by First Round Capital) to automate the matching of trucks with cargo across a $1T+ industry.
Matt McKinney
Matt McKinney is the Co-Founder and CEO of Loop, a San Francisco-based AI platform transforming freight audit and payment for the supply chain. A USC and Stanford-trained engineer, McKinney spent years at Uber helping launch Uber Freight before leaving to build Loop in 2021 with co-founder Shaosu Liu. The pair had watched firsthand how 20% of freight invoices contain errors and a single invoice takes 50 days to process - then decided to fix it. Loop has since raised $172M including a $95M Series C, processes billions in freight payments, and has grown to 280 employees serving customers like Olipop, Clemens Food Group, and Kendra Scott.
