Charlie Woodward is the CEO and co-founder of Natter, an AI-native conversation intelligence platform that runs thousands of simultaneous 1:1 video conversations to capture the voices of employees, members, and customers at scale. A former Uber business development executive and BBC head of commercial partnerships, Woodward started Natter in 2021 as a remote-work 'virtual watercooler' and pivoted it into an enterprise tool that replaces surveys and focus groups, returning themes and sentiment within hours. In April 2026 Natter raised a $23M Series A led by Renegade Partners and moved its headquarters from London to New York.
