Founded in 2017 and headquartered in New York, the company built a patented, generative-AI engine that reads thousands of trials and treatment options, then matches patients in a roughly two-minute intake. It has facilitated millions of treatment matches across 22+ cancer types, is free for patients and clinicians, and earns revenue from biopharma partners and health plans. In February 2026 Leal Health was acquired by Nexus Precision Health.
Manta Cares
Manta Cares is a San Francisco-based digital health company redesigning the cancer experience for patients and caregivers. Founded by breast cancer survivor Samira Daswani, it offers a free, HIPAA-compliant, AI-enabled platform - featuring subway-style Cancer Maps, a symptom and appointment planner, and expert-reviewed resources vetted by 100+ oncologists - that turns the chaotic cancer journey into a navigable path. The company launched publicly in November 2025 with an oversubscribed $5.4M seed round led by Pear VC and Sozo Ventures.
