Xin Ding
Xin Ding is the cofounder and CEO of Attune (YC X25), a San Francisco startup building blazingly fast, drop-in build tools that speed up compilation without any migration effort. After more than a decade shaping developer-tools products - as Head of Product at FOSSA and VP of Product at Teleport, where he helped scale the company to unicorn status - he teamed up with longtime colleague Eliza Zhang to attack one of the least glamorous but most universal engineering headaches: slow builds. Attune's first product lets Rust developers prefix an existing command with 'hurry' to get dramatically faster builds through distributed caching, remote execution, and compiler-native optimizations.
US Mobile
US Mobile is a New York-based mobile virtual network operator that lets customers build their own wireless plans and switch between Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile on a single line. Branded internally as Warp (Verizon), Dark Star (AT&T), and Light Speed (T-Mobile), its 'Teleport' multi-network technology and eSIM-first approach have pushed it toward a self-styled 'Super Carrier' that now also bundles Starlink home internet. Founded in 2015 by Ahmed Khattak, it has grown from a niche unlocked-phone reseller to roughly a million customers.
Ev Kontsevoy
Ev Kontsevoy is the co-founder and CEO of Teleport, a cybersecurity company building the identity-native infrastructure access platform trusted by organizations like Samsung, NASDAQ, and IBM. A serial entrepreneur who grew up in Siberia and studied applied mathematics, he previously co-founded Mailgun (acquired by Rackspace in 2012) before starting Teleport in 2015 to eliminate the fragmented, secrets-based approach to infrastructure security. Under his leadership, Teleport reached a $1.1B valuation with its $110M Series C, and he authored an O'Reilly book on identity-native infrastructure access management. He is now focused on defining agentic identity frameworks for the era of AI-driven enterprise infrastructure.
