NoRedInk is a K-12 writing platform used in more than 10,000 schools that helps students in grades 3-12 become stronger writers through adaptive, interest-based exercises, scaffolded composition tools, and an AI-powered Grading Assistant that cuts teacher grading time roughly in half. Founded in 2012 by former Chicago English teacher Jeff Scheur, the company builds around a taxonomy of common student writing errors and personalizes practice using topics students actually care about. Students have completed billions of exercises on the platform.
