Ronak Sheth
Ronak Sheth is the CEO of Pricefx, the cloud-native pricing software company, where he has pushed a disciplined 'smart growth' playbook and an aggressive bet on AI pricing agents. He arrived in 2021 as President and Chief Revenue Officer and took the top job in 2022. Before Pricefx he co-founded and led Label Insight, a B2B data SaaS company acquired by NielsenIQ. A Northwestern-trained industrial engineer with a Washington University MBA, he is a fixture of the St. Louis startup scene, sitting on boards and mentoring founders through Arch Grants.
Geneoscopy
Geneoscopy is a St. Louis life-sciences company building noninvasive diagnostics that read RNA biomarkers in stool to prevent, detect, and treat gastrointestinal disease. Its flagship product, ColoSense, is the first FDA-approved multi-target stool RNA (mt-sRNA) test for colorectal cancer screening in adults 45 and older, designed to lift screening compliance by replacing the colonoscopy prep and the clinic visit with a kit that arrives in the mail. Founded by siblings Andrew and Erica Barnell, the company is extending its RNA platform from cancer screening into inflammatory bowel disease.
Andrew Barnell
Andrew Barnell is the co-founder and CEO of Geneoscopy, a St. Louis life sciences company that turned a sibling conversation about a missed colonoscopy into ColoSense, the first FDA-approved stool RNA test for colorectal cancer screening. A Cornell economics graduate and Wharton MBA who started in J.P. Morgan's healthcare investment banking group and private equity at Lindsay Goldberg, Barnell paired his finance background with the scientific work of his sister and co-founder Erica Barnell, MD/PhD, to build a company that has raised more than $217 million and earned FDA approval for a noninvasive screening test built on patented RNA biomarker technology.
Kumar Srinivasan
Kumar Srinivasan is the President and CEO of Wugen, a St. Louis clinical-stage biotech building off-the-shelf memory NK and CAR-T cell therapies for cancer. A chemist turned dealmaker, he spent 25+ years in pharma and biotech business development, most notably engineering the partnering strategy at Turning Point Therapeutics that culminated in its $4.1 billion acquisition by Bristol Myers Squibb. Since taking Wugen's helm in March 2023, he has steered its lead programs WU-CART-007 and WU-NK-101 into pivotal and early clinical trials.
