Russell Spitler
Russell Spitler is co-founder and CEO of Nudge Security, an Austin-based cybersecurity company that helps organizations discover and govern the sprawl of SaaS and AI apps employees adopt on their own. He previously ran product strategy at AT&T Cybersecurity and AlienVault, where he co-founded the Open Threat Exchange, one of the largest open threat intelligence communities in the world. In November 2025, Nudge Security raised a $22.5 million Series A led by Cerberus Ventures, bringing total funding to roughly $39 million.
Yoni Shohet
Yoni Shohet is the co-founder and CEO of Valence Security, a New York-based company that helps enterprises find and fix risks hiding inside their sprawling web of SaaS apps. A serial cybersecurity entrepreneur, he earned a math degree at 19, led a cybersecurity team inside one of Israel's elite military intelligence units, and previously co-founded SCADAfence, an industrial IoT security pioneer later acquired by Honeywell. He raised a $25M Series A led by Microsoft's M12 in 2022, bringing Valence to $32M in total funding.
Brendan O'Connor
Brendan O'Connor co-founded AppOmni in 2018 after a decade as Salesforce's Chief Security Officer and a stint as Security CTO at ServiceNow. Frustrated by the lack of proper tooling to secure enterprise SaaS environments, he built the solution he wished he'd had. AppOmni pioneered the SaaS Security Posture Management (SSPM) category, raised over $202 million in funding, protects more than 100 million SaaS user accounts, and counts 25% of the Fortune 100 among its customers. O'Connor now serves as Chief Strategy Officer and Co-Founder.
Dmitry Dontov
Dmitry Dontov is the CEO and co-founder of Spin.AI, a Palo Alto-based SaaS security platform that protects mission-critical cloud data across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and Slack. With over 20 years in cybersecurity, two patents to his name, and $21.5M raised including a K1 Investment Management round in March 2026, Dontov has built a platform serving 1,500+ organizations across 100+ countries. A Forbes Business Council member, Young Entrepreneur Council contributor, and columnist for Dark Reading, he's positioned Spin.AI as a Forrester Wave Strong Performer in SaaS Security Posture Management.
