Sparkles
Sparkles is a Y Combinator W26 web platform that lets non-engineers - marketers, designers, operations and PMs - make real code changes to a company's existing production codebase without ever touching a terminal, Git or a dev server. A technical person connects a GitHub repo once; teammates then describe changes in a browser, an AI agent works in an isolated sandbox, and every change comes back as a pull request for an engineer to review and merge.
Vasek Mlejnsky
Vasek Mlejnsky is the co-founder and CEO of E2B, an open-source cloud runtime that gives AI agents secure, isolated sandboxes to run code and use real tools. Raised in a small Czech town, he moved to San Francisco in 2021 through the Pioneer accelerator with his sixth-grade friend and co-founder Tomas Valenta. After pivoting through several developer-tool ideas, the pair launched E2B in 2023. By 2025 the platform was used by 88% of Fortune 100 companies and had run hundreds of millions of sandbox sessions, and E2B closed a $21M Series A led by Insight Partners.
Daytona
Daytona builds programmatic, composable computers for AI agents. Its stateful sandboxes spin up in under 90 milliseconds, run untrusted AI-generated code in full isolation, and can be started, paused, or snapshotted on demand. Founded by Ivan Burazin and Vedran Jukic, the company pivoted from developer-environment management into agent-native infrastructure in 2025 and raised a $24M Series A led by FirstMark Capital in February 2026. Customers include LangChain, Writer, Turing, and SambaNova.

E2B is an open-source cloud runtime that gives AI agents secure, isolated environments to execute code and use real-world tools. Padlet
Padlet is a San Francisco- and Singapore-based software company behind the popular collaborative platform of the same name, where users post text, images, links, files, and audio to shared digital bulletin boards called 'padlets'. Founded in 2008 as Wallwisher by Nitesh Goel and Pranav Piyush, the company grew into one of education technology's most widely used tools, reporting tens of millions of monthly active users - most of them teachers and students. It has since expanded beyond bulletin boards into an infinite-canvas whiteboard called Sandbox and a suite of AI creation tools, while remaining a small, largely bootstrapped team.
