Spendflo is an AI-native procurement platform that helps finance, IT, and procurement teams buy, manage, renew, and secure their SaaS stack. Co-founded in 2021 by Siddharth Sridharan, Ajay Vardhan, and Rajiv Ramanan, the company combines an intake-to-procure workflow engine with negotiation-as-a-service and a family of AI agents (collectively branded Flo) that automate contracts, approvals, vendor onboarding, third-party risk, and accounts payable. Spendflo has raised $15.4M to date, including an $11M Series A in 2023 led by Prosus Ventures and Accel.
