Carats & Cake is a wedding inspiration and vendor marketplace that connects couples with the photographers, florists, planners, caterers and venues behind real celebrations. Launched in 2012-2013 by Jess Levin Conroy, it grew from a curated gallery of real weddings into a full-stack marketing and payments partner for venues - adding digital invoicing and Buy Now, Pay Later financing. That payments demand revealed a bigger opportunity, and in 2023 the team launched ROH, a purpose-built revenue optimization platform for the broader hospitality industry, with Carats & Cake continuing as its consumer-facing wedding brand.
