Boon
Boon builds AI agents that automate the paperwork-heavy back office of physical industries. Founded in 2023 by ex-Samsara product leader Deepti Yenireddy, the San Mateo company first launched a workflow platform for commercial fleets - handling order entry, load sourcing, compliance and fuel optimization - and has since pushed into construction, where its agents run preconstruction workflows from blueprint to bid, including takeoffs, clash detection and bid leveling. Boon raised $20.5M across seed and a $15.5M Series A led by Redpoint Ventures and Marathon in December 2024.
Serval
Serval is a San Francisco software company building an AI-native IT service management (ITSM) platform. Founded in 2024 by Jake Stauch and Alex McLeod, it lets IT teams describe workflows in plain English and turns them into executable, auditable automations - handling help desk tickets, just-in-time access, onboarding and offboarding. Customers report automating more than half of their IT tickets, and the company reached a reported $1 billion valuation roughly 18 months after launch, backed by Sequoia, Redpoint, General Catalyst and First Round.
Amit Kapur
Amit Kapur is co-CEO of Flawless, the London-based AI filmmaking company building 'assistive AI' tools for visual dubbing, performance editing and film localization. A Stanford-trained mechanical engineer who grew up in South Dakota, Kapur rose to COO of MySpace at its 125-million-user peak, co-founded the AI personalization startup Gravity (acquired by AOL in 2014), ran AOL's publisher platform, and later worked as an executive in residence at Redpoint Ventures. He advised and sat on Flawless's board for two years before stepping into the co-CEO seat alongside filmmaker Scott Mann, drawn by what he calls the company's ethical-AI approach to amplifying filmmakers rather than replacing them.
Lydia Hylton
Lydia Hylton is the co-founder and CEO of Strella, an AI-powered customer research platform that runs adaptive, AI-moderated interviews and synthesizes the results in hours instead of weeks. A Georgia Tech computer engineer and Stanford MBA, she moved from Facebook data science and Bain consulting into venture capital at Redpoint and Bain Capital Crypto before teaming up with her high-school friend Priya Krishnan to build Strella. After a 'Wizard of Oz' MVP and a perfect 12-for-12 design-partner conversion, the company raised a $14M Series A led by Bessemer in October 2025 and now serves Amazon, Duolingo, Chobani, Square and Apollo GraphQL.
Rish Gupta
Rish Gupta is the Co-founder and CEO of Spot AI, a San Francisco-based video intelligence company turning passive security cameras into AI-powered teammates for the physical economy. A Stanford GSB alum originally from Delhi, Rish built his first company—LetsIntern.com—to 4 million users and sold it before moving to Silicon Valley. At Spot AI, he leads a team that processes more daily video than YouTube receives in uploads, serving 1,000+ customers across 17 industries with an AI platform that has driven 40% injury reductions in manufacturing and 8X ROI in auto services. The company has raised $93M from Redpoint, Bessemer, Scale Venture Partners, and Qualcomm Ventures.
Medha Agarwal
Medha Agarwal is a General Partner at Defy VC, an early-stage venture capital firm based in Woodside, California, where she partners with founders from day zero through Series A. With roots at Redpoint Ventures (7 years as Partner), Bessemer Venture Partners, and two founder stints of her own, she brings a rare blend of operator instinct and institutional investing muscle to sectors including vertical SaaS, fintech, AI-first companies, healthcare technology, and marketplaces. A Harvard College and Harvard Business School alumna, Medha is also a prolific writer—her Medium essays on vertical SaaS and AI pricing have become required reading in startup circles—and was named one of Business Insider's 66 Rising Stars of Venture Capital in 2023.
Amar Hanspal
Amar Hanspal is the co-founder and CEO of Motif, a cloud-native AI-first design collaboration platform challenging Autodesk's Revit dominance in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry. A veteran of three decades in design software, he previously served as Co-CEO of Autodesk - where he helped triple the company's market cap from $8B to $24B - and as founding CEO of robotics startup Bright Machines. With Motif, backed by $46M from CapitalG and Redpoint Ventures and named to Forbes' Next Billion-Dollar Startups list for 2025, Hanspal is building what he describes as 'Figma for architects': a browser-based, real-time collaborative workspace for the world's built environment.
Rajeev Behera
Rajeev Behera is the co-founder and CEO of Every (every.io), an all-in-one back-office platform for early-stage startups covering banking, payroll, bookkeeping, taxes, compliance, and incorporation. A serial entrepreneur who previously built and sold Reflektive - an HR performance management platform - to Learning Technologies Group after raising $100M+ from Andreessen Horowitz, Lightspeed, and TPG, Behera returned from a two-year post-exit break with a mission to eliminate the back-office burden that consumed 30% of his own time as a founder. Every raised a $22.5M Series A led by Redpoint Ventures in September 2024 and has grown to 150+ customers, with roughly half from the Y Combinator network.
